This Dumpster Trailer Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Reliant Site Services LLC, doing business as Reliant Dumpsters (“Company”), and the customer identified above (“Customer”). By signing below, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. RENTAL PERIOD AND PAYMENT

The rental includes the base period selected at booking (3-day or 5-day). Full payment was collected at time of booking via Stripe. Customer authorizes the Company to store their payment method on file and charge it for any approved post-rental fees including but not limited to: additional rental days ($40.00/day), blocked pickup fees ($100.00 one-time + $50.00/day), cleaning fees ($75.00 light / $150.00+ heavy), disposal overage ($39.75/ton over 1 included ton), special disposal fees, and damage repair at actual cost. Additional days must be requested in advance before the rental end date.

2. DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Customer agrees to ensure a safe, accessible, and firm location for Trailer placement and accepts responsibility for any surface damage from placement. Customer must ensure the Trailer is accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If the Trailer is blocked or inaccessible at pickup, a $100.00 one-time fee plus $50.00 per day will be charged until pickup is completed. The Company may delay delivery or pickup in unsafe weather conditions without penalty and will reschedule to the next available window.

3. FILL AND SAFETY RULES

Customer agrees not to load materials above the top edges of the Trailer. All materials must be safely contained for legal road transport. Heavy materials (concrete, brick, rock, and soil) must stay below the marked heavy-materials fill line. Overloaded or unsafe loads will not be picked up until materials are removed. The Company reserves the right to require removal of any material deemed unsafe or overweight before pickup.

4. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Customer agrees that the following items are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in the Trailer under any circumstances: paint, stains, solvents, thinners, adhesives, epoxies, oil, fuel, antifreeze, automotive fluids, chemicals, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane tanks, compressed gas cylinders, bulk batteries (car, marine, or lithium), asbestos or suspected asbestos materials, medical waste, sharps, biohazardous materials, explosives, ammunition, fireworks, hot ashes or smoldering materials, radioactive materials, or any leaking, regulated, or hazardous materials. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of all rental fees, and Customer will be responsible for all remediation costs, disposal fees, fines, and legal expenses.

5. SPECIAL DISPOSAL ITEMS

Tires, mattresses, box springs, appliances, televisions, e-waste, and large quantities of yard waste require pre-approval from the Company before placement in the Trailer and are subject to additional disposal fees billed after pickup. Customer agrees to contact the Company before placing any of these items in the Trailer.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations with 48 or more hours’ notice receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50.00 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100.00 fee. Same-day or post-dispatch cancellations are subject to partial or no refund at the Company’s discretion.

7. LIABILITY

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid. Customer assumes all risk associated with use and placement of the Trailer at their property. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio. By signing, Customer confirms they have the authority to authorize Trailer placement at the delivery address and agrees to the full Terms and Conditions available at reliantdumpsters.com, incorporated herein by reference.
