Rental Basics
How long can I rent a dumpster trailer?
We offer 3-day and 5-day rental periods.
Our minimum rental period is 3 days.
Can I keep the trailer for additional days?
Yes. Additional rental days are available for
$40 per day. Additional days should be
requested before your scheduled rental end date.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require at least 48 hours of advance notice
for bookings.
When is payment collected?
Full payment is collected at the time of booking through
our secure online payment system.

Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available within eligible service zones.
Free delivery may apply depending on your location.
What do I need to do before delivery?
Please make sure there is a safe, accessible, and firm
location available for trailer placement.
What happens if the trailer is blocked during pickup?
The trailer must be accessible at the scheduled pickup
time. If pickup is blocked or the trailer cannot be
accessed, a $100 one-time blocked pickup fee
may apply, plus $50 per additional day
until pickup can be completed.
Can weather affect delivery or pickup?
Yes. Delivery or pickup may be delayed during unsafe
weather conditions. If necessary, service will be
rescheduled for the next available window.

What Can I Put Inside?
Can I fill the trailer above the top edge?
No. Materials must remain below the top edges of the
trailer and be safely contained for legal road transport.
Can I dispose of heavy materials?
Heavy materials such as concrete, brick, rock, and soil
must remain below the designated heavy-materials fill line.
Overloaded or unsafe loads may need to be adjusted before pickup.
What items are prohibited?
Hazardous or regulated materials are prohibited. This includes,
but is not limited to, chemicals, fuels, oils, paint,
propane tanks, bulk batteries, asbestos, medical waste,
explosives, fireworks, hot ashes, and other hazardous materials.
Do any items require approval before disposal?
Yes. Tires, mattresses, box springs, appliances,
televisions, e-waste, and large quantities of yard waste
require pre-approval and may be subject to additional
disposal fees.

Additional Fees
What is the disposal overage fee?
The rental includes 1 ton of disposal.
Additional disposal weight may be charged at
$39.75 per ton.
Are cleaning fees possible?
Yes. A light cleaning fee of $75 may apply.
Heavy cleaning may start at $150 or more,
depending on the condition of the trailer.
Are special disposal fees possible?
Yes. Certain approved special disposal items may require
additional disposal fees, which may be billed after pickup.

Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance
may receive a full refund minus applicable processing fees.
What if I cancel within 24 to 48 hours?
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours
before the scheduled rental may be subject to a
$50 cancellation fee.
What if I cancel less than 24 hours before delivery?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Same-day or post-dispatch cancellations may receive a
partial refund or no refund depending on the circumstances.
